Dr. J. Shivakumar Principal & Director, JCE, Dr. Rajashekhargouda C. Patil, Dean Academics, JCE, Dr. Anand K. Hosamani, Central Project Coordinator, HODS of all Department and Project Coordinatorsof all departments attended the Award distribution Ceremony.
Dr. Arun Tigadi, Dr. Salma Shahpur, Dr. Chidanand Patil and Dr. Chandrashekhar Adaki from KLE Tech University’s Dr. MS Sheshgiri Campus, Dr. Rudresh Magadum from KES Gogte Institute of Technology, and Mr. Shankar Batlad from Cravewing Solutions were the external evaluators.

The judge for the event was Mr. RaghavendraPatil, Marketing Platform Auto Analyst at Accenture, Mumbai. Winners for the event were awarded a trophy and a cash prize.Dr.AnandHosamani – Convenor -Avinya-2024, Dr.Rajashekhargouda . C. Patil – Dean Academics and Dr. J. Shivakumar – Principal and Director, JCE distributed the prizes.

Two days workshop on Arduino Programming was organized by Department of Computer Science and Engineering in association with JCEs Institution’s Innovation Council and FACE, the departments student association.

Professor Basavaraj Chougula and Professor V.R.Bagli were the resource persons. The workshop was organized on 28th and 29th of January 2022. 50 Students from Department of Computer Science and Engineering registered and attended the same. The workshop was coordinated by  Dr Uttam Patil and Pavan Ughade.

Department feels proud to organize such successful events and would like to convey thanks to Principal and Management for their advice and cooperation extended to us.

Feedback from students: Great response received from the students. They got good knowledge of technical and other domains. Overall two-days, students enjoyed thoroughly and developed mini projects at the end of the second day

The campus was full of colorful students. College life was full on with beautiful memories and fun filled days. Life was going smoothly.

Suddenly one fine day a storm of pandemic collapsed the world and destroyed livelihood of people of mother earth. It had a mad drastic impact oneverybody’s life.

And suddenly buses were stopped,canteens were closed, and finally the college gate was locked.

At this time, we the department of CS&E, Jain College of engineering, Belagavi came up with “WFH Fiesta” under the organization of FACE with the motto of cheering students. On 14th&15th June 2021 We conducted following events;

  • Art gallery: where students came up with their creativity.
  • Debate: where students had healthy discussions on current situations.
  • Games:  where students had an opportunity in competing some mobile games.
  • Talent show: where the bunch of great hidden talents of our students came out.

These events traversed through every student’s mind & brought positive vibes.

Finally all the students and faculties supported & actively participated in all the events and made the events successful.
