Theme: “Yoga for Healthy Ageing”

As a registered organizer of Yoga Sangam 2026, JCE Belagavi brought together students, faculty, and staff for a morning of yoga and mindfulness.

We thank everyone who participated and made this event a success.

The quiz witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and faculty members across various disciplines. More than 500 students participated.  It was structured into multiple rounds, including objective questions, visual identification, and application-based scenarios. The questions covered key aspects such as fundamental human values, environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and the 17 SDGs. Participants were encouraged to think critically and relate theoretical knowledge to real-world issues.

The event concluded with a colorful cultural program, where students enthusiastically participated, making the celebration vibrant and memorable.
Kannada Sambrama 2026 successfully reflected the spirit, pride, and cultural richness of Karnataka, leaving a lasting impression on all attendees.

Dr. Gupta’s session, titled “The Power of One Thought,” left attendees—particularly faculty members—feeling motivated and encouraged to embrace positivity in both their personal and professional lives.
The event highlighted the college’s commitment to fostering a holistic learning environment where inspirational speakers can share insights that extend beyond the classroom. Faculty members expressed appreciation for the uplifting message, noting its impact on their outlook and teaching approach.

1. Create Awareness About Substance Abuse
To educate students, youth, and the community about the harmful physical, psychological, and social effects of drugs, alcohol, and tobacco.
2. Encourage Commitment to a Drug-Free Lifestyle
To motivate participants to consciously avoid drugs and choose a healthy, responsible, and productive life.
3. Promote Collective Responsibility
To inspire individuals to work together as a community to prevent drug abuse and support those at risk.
4. Strengthen Moral and Social Values
To reinforce values such as discipline, self-control, respect for health, and responsible citizenship.
5. Support National Campaigns for a Drug-Free India
To align institutions with the national mission—Nasha Mukta Bharat Abhiyan—and contribute to creating safe, addiction-free environments.
6. Empower Youth as Change Makers
To encourage young people to become ambassadors of drug-free living and influence peers positively.

The objective of this Memorandum of Understanding is:
• To promote interaction between JCE and Organization to enhance knowledge, collaboration in research and practice of heartfulness meditation to faculty and students.
• To provide a formal basis for initiating interaction between JCE and Organization.

• Increased collaboration and knowledge sharing: Faculty and students will have opportunities to engage with Heartfulness Organization experts, enhancing their understanding and practice of heartfulness meditation.
