JCE Belagavi proudly participated in the International Day of Yoga (IDY-2026) celebrations on 21st June 2026, organizing a Yoga Sangam event that saw enthusiastic participation from 91 members of the college community.

The event was held in harmony with the national International Day of Yoga 2026 celebrations led by the Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, at Kolkata, West Bengal.

In recognition of this initiative, JCE Belagavi received the Yoga Sangam Patra, a certificate of appreciation from the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, signed by Shri Prataprao Jadhav, Union Minister of State (IC), Ministry of Ayush and Minister of State, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.

This achievement reflects the institution’s continued commitment to promoting holistic wellness and healthy living among its students and staff.

Department of  Civil Engineering  with the support of  ISTE-BNY  successfully conducted “One week Knowledge Enhancement Programme on AI Driven Solutions for Sustainable Infrastructure ” from  8^th  to 13^th June 2026.

Eminent resource Personal delivered impressive lectures which covered all the Horizons of Civil Engineering in which applications of  AI were highlighted

More than fifty participants actively participated in this Knowledge Enhancement Programme which proved to be a grand success.

The Department of Civil Engineering (NBA Accredited), in association with ISTE-BNY, New Delhi, is organizing an “Online ISTE-BNY One Week Knowledge Enhancement Programme – 2026” on the theme “AI-Driven Solutions for Sustainable Infrastructure” from 08th to 13th June 2026 in online mode.

The programme is intended for faculty members from AICTE-approved Engineering Colleges and Universities across India.

Programme Highlights:
• Expert lectures by eminent academicians and industry experts from IITs, NITs, and Central Universities
• Sessions on emerging AI technologies in Civil Engineering
• Smart and sustainable infrastructure solutions
• Interactive technical sessions

Eligibility:
Faculty members from AICTE-approved Engineering Colleges and Universities are eligible to participate.
