Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Jain College of Engineering, Belagavi organized online quantitative aptitude training classes from 06.10.2020 to 17.10.2020 for final year and third year students who are aspiring for GATE and other competitive as well as placement related exams.

The session started with Dr. G. H. Kulkarni, Head of Electrical & Electronics Engineering Department, presenting the welcome speech. Dr. G. H. Kulkarni emphasized that the quality education provided by the department covers all fields including technical as well as quantitative skills necessary for competitive exams. Such skill developments in students are mandatory as it enhances their placement and industry interactions.

Dr. Debraj Sarkar was the principal co-ordinator of conducting the online quantitative aptitude training classes. Eminent teacher Mahantesh Devur, from MDRS, Ilakal, Government of Karnataka shared his knowledge about appearing in government exams. He also took class on quantitative aptitude and enlightened the students about the tricks and techniques to crack the competitive exams.

Wholehearted participation of the students made the conduction of these classes a successful effort. The management of Jain College of Engineering, Belagavi, appreciated the efforts of the Department Electrical & Electronics Engineering for organizing such an initiative.
