5) Income & Caste Certificate (To be produce by candidates belonging to SC, ST, Cat-I, IIA, IIB, IIIA, IIIB, GM)
6) Character / Study Certificate I to 10 th , PUC 1 st Year & 2 nd Years
7) 5 Copies of latest Passport Size Colour photograph of the Candidate.
8) Aadhar card Xerox copy 4
9) Transfer Certificate /Leaving Certificate
