Adhyay 2023 – National Level Management Fest organized by Dept. of MBA, Jain College of Engineering, Belagavi. This fest is a mixture of several management and cultural events for the participants from various UG and PG courses. In this 7th edition of Adhyay conducted on 1st and 2nd August 2023, 200 participants across Karnataka participated with good energy and spirit.
The events were related to the management of Human Resources, Finance, and Marketing. It also includes Best Manager events, Curtain Raiser and Fashion Show. The fest was organized by MBA students with great enthusiasm and professionalism. The participants get to learn, enjoy, play, enact, and experience management and cultural activities.
