A DIGI TWIN training program was conducted for 5th Semester Mechanical students at the Foundry Cluster on 15th and 16th October 2024. The program, coordinated by Dr. Anand K. Hosamani, focused on digital twin technology applications in modern manufacturing.
Objectives:
• To provide students with a comprehensive understanding of digital twin concepts and their significance in industrial settings.
• To equip students with the ability to apply digital twin technology to optimize manufacturing processes and systems.
Outcomes:
• Students gained knowledge about the integration of physical systems with digital simulations for predictive and real-time decision-making.
• Participants developed practical insights into using digital twin technology, preparing them for advanced engineering roles in the industry.
