- Keeping technically current: Continue to advance career and keeping abreast of new and changing technologies.

- Professional networking: Sharing similar interests with other IEEE members and building a network with professionals, industries and projects.
- Humanitarian programs: Volunteering is a rewarding way to develop interpersonal skills, create new professional relationships and applying expertise to help others.
Expected Outcomes:
- IEEE students along with the faculty members visited “Shantai Vrudhhashram” i.e, the second childhood wherein Mr. Vijay More who is taking care of that vrudhhashram felicitated Dr. Krupa Rasane and congratulated IEEE team and JCE for spending time with old age people.
- Some activities were conducted and prizes were distributed to the active participants of vrudhhashram.
- IEEE branch donated few cloths and some daily use things to old age people. Overall it was a day with full of energy, empathy and socialism.
