Objective of the Event / Activity:

To provide a platform for the Students, Faculty and Alumni of JCE to get awareness in IPR related knowledge and to get assistance in filing the Patents and Copyrights, Jain College of Engineering in association with KSCST, Bengaluru has taken the initiative to set up a dedicated IPR Cell in the Institute. In this regard, a committee to look upon the activities of IPR Coordinated by Dr. R. C. Patil was constitutedand a room with the necessary infrastructure was made ready to be an IPR cell and same was inaugurated on 4^th of November 2022.

Outcome of the Program:

Many events are being planned and scheduled to meet the goal of establishing the IPR Cell. One such planned event is to conduct the IPR training workshop which was executed on 4^th and 5^th of November. Also the assistance for filing the Patent by the ECE department was provide by the JCE IPR Cell on 28 of Dec 2022
