Independence Day was celebrated on 15th august at Jain college of Engieering follwoing the theme of Ek Bharat Shresht Bharat.

All the faculties of different departments came in various states attires namely, Civil Department represented Tamil Nadu state, Computer Science Department represented Rajasthan state,Electronics & communication Department represented Maharashtra state, Electrical Department represented West Bengal state, Mechanical Department represented Karnataka state, MBA Department represented Punjab state, MCA Department represented Manipur state, 1st Year staff represented Gujarat state and Office Department represented Goa state.

All the faculty members participated very enthusiatically and exhibited the heritage , culture etc of the various states
