On 28th February 2025, 6th-semester students visited NAPCO Industries, where Jagadish Patil, Production Manager, explained product planning, development, and sheet metal cutting using a laser cutting machine.
Objectives:
1. To provide students with practical exposure to industrial product planning and manufacturing processes.
2. To enhance their understanding of laser cutting technology and its significance in sheet metal operations.
Outcomes:
1. Students gained insights into real-world manufacturing processes and industrial workflows.
2. The visit helped bridge the gap between theoretical learning and practical applications in production engineering.
