A MoU was signed between Department of Civil Engineering, Jain College of Engineering, Belagavi & Consulting Civil Engineers Association (CCEA), Belagavi on 30th October 2026.
The event was organised by the Department of Civil Engineering under the guidance of Dr. Mithun B.M. ( HoD, Civil Engineering) and Convener Dr. Sanjeev Sangami( Dean, ICE).Dr. J.Shivakumar (Principal & Director, JCE) was the President for the function
CCEA was represented by Er. Ajap Patil ( President -CCEA), Er. Adarsh Muchandi ( Secretary-CCEA), Er. Jagdish Pavate ( Treasure-CCEA) and Er. Bhimsen Zirali (Joint Secretary-CCEA)..
Er. Ajay Patil highlighted the opportunities in various fields of Civil Engineering and effectively addressed questions raised by students. Er. Bhimsen Zirali stressed on the importance of Industry Institute Partnership and explained the benefits which students will gets from this MoU. Dr. J.Shivakumar in his Presidential Remarks thanked CCEA and urged the students to make full use of this opportunity. More than 25 Consulting Civil Engineers were present on this occasion.
The program was coordinated by Prof. Amey Kelkar & Prof. Siddharth Patil with the support of all the Civil Engineering Department faculties & staff members.
