Jain college of Engineering (JCE), Belagavi welcomed the Parents and Students of 2022- 2023 batch through the Inaugural function “Shubha Aarambha -2022” which was organised on 1st December at the college premises.
The Function commenced with JGI prayer, Invocation song for invoking gods blessings and lighting of lamp.
Prof. R.G Dharwadkar, Director JGI – North Karnataka, Presided over the function and Addressed the Gathering .
Our Principal & Director, Dr. J. Shivakumar , addressed the Parents & students briefly about the college, the various departments, Faculties along with Infrastructure Facilities available. He delivered a special lecture along with presentation on National Education Policy 2020.
Our Dean Academics Dr. Sachin Kulkarni briefed the gathering about the curriculum and Academics which is part of VTU.
Prof. Praveen Chitti, Dean Examination addressed the gathering about the Do’s &Dont’s as per the VTU curriculum, and about the VTU Examinations.
Colonel Melville A. Dsouza, Administrator JCE briefed the Parents & Students about the Rules and Regulations to be followed by students to maintain Discipline on the campus.
Dr. B.K. Manuprasad, HOD Chemistry department and 1st year Coordinator Proposed the Vote of thanks.
