The Tesla Association, in association with the Placement Cell, organized an interactive technical and career guidance session on 28th July 2026 at the Sir M V Auditorium, JCE College. The session was delivered by Er. Kubendra Mukkund (Data Engineering, Management & Governance Senior analyst, Accenture Technology Center, India), who served as the resource person for the event.
The programme was conducted under the guidance of Dr. J. Shivakumar, Principal, with the support of Dr. Mallikarjuna G. D., Head of the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. The event was coordinated by Prof. Nandaraja S H and Prof. Priyanka, ensuring the smooth execution of all activities.The programme was also graced by the presence of Dr. Rajashekargouda C Patil, Academic Dean, Dr. Venkatratnum Chitturi, Dean (R&D), Prof. Megha Sankpal, Prof. Yogesh C S, Prof. Anupama K, and Prof. Ashok B, and Dr. Nityananda along with the faculty members and final-year students of the EEE Department.
During the session, Er. Kubendra Mukkund shared valuable insights on industry expectations, career opportunities, placement preparation, and the technical skills required to excel in the engineering profession. The resource person encouraged students to strengthen their fundamentals, develop problem-solving abilities, and continuously upgrade their technical and communication skills to improve their employability.
The interactive session enabled students to clarify their doubts regarding placement preparation, career planning, and emerging industry trends. The programme concluded with an engaging question-and-answer session, followed by a vote of thanks by Prof. Ashok B. expressing gratitude to the resource person, dignitaries, faculty members, and students for making the event successful. Overall, the event proved to be highly informative and beneficial, equipping the final-year students with practical guidance and motivation for their future careers.
