The Department of Chemistry started functioning since its inception in 2010 as a supporting department for all B.E. programs. It offers credit based Applied Chemistry courses for all the streams of B. E. first-year program and also, the open electives for students of higher semesters. We are actively involved in the co-curricular activities, research activities and article publications in the field of coordination chemistry as well as synthetic organic chemistry.
The Department has a good infrastructure and enthusiastic, competent, and well-qualified faculty. The faculties have published many research papers in reputed peer-reviewed journals as well as presented their work in several national and international conferences.
