The Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Jain College of Engineering, Belagavi, organized an Industrial Visit for 5th-semester students at EV Skill Lab KLS GIT, Belagavi, Karnataka.
This visit provided insights into the rapidly expanding sector of electric vehicles (EVs), which also highlighted the skill-building initiatives and technological developments required to propel the future of sustainable transportation. With an emphasis on electric vehicle systems, charging infrastructure, and the real-world implementation of green energy solutions, the EV Skill is a cutting-edge topic dedicated to promoting technical expertise and practical experience in the electric vehicle sector.
Prof. Parag V Datar, HoD EEE Department KLS GIT, Belagavi, introduced the students to the Electric Vehicle advancements. Later, Prof. Rahul G Suryavanshi, Assistant Professor KLS GIT, Belagavi provided insights regarding Electric Vehicle Subsystems, EV connectors and contactors, Battery management systems. Live demo of Electric Vehicle Powertrain, Electric Two Wheeler Data Acquisition and Soldering of Cells.
